How to Brew:
To fully appreciate the depth and complexity of our Barrel Aged Coffee, we recommend using a manual brewing method such as a V60 or an AeroPress. These methods will help you control the water flow and brewing time, allowing the rich, smoky, and oaky notes of the coffee to shine through. Make sure your water temperature is between 85-90°C (185-194°F) and not too hot – this will extract the best Flavors without burning the delicate nuances. Slowly pour the water in a circular motion to ensure an even extraction and let the coffee bloom for a few seconds before continuing.
